The Challenge

Our team have worked with PayPal to connect with 16 SME owners in the UK and invited them to share their business journeys and stories with us, and voice their experiences and opinions on PayPal and how it impacts their business. Based on that we were able to create high quality UGC for different use cases.

As part of the second phase of the project, we identified 3 consumer stories that would make ideal pieces of hero content, which were then filmed with the production team on location.

The Outcome

Our output helped PayPal to form a rounded and complete marketing strategy for their SME clients and our content is being leveraged on social media, online & via newsletters as part of PayPal’s marketing mix.
